If you are planning on hosting a gathering that includes the Free Online Workshop, here are a few suggestions:

If you get the chance before your workshop, take a moment to review the sound and/or movement check-in. It will be helpful for you to be familiar with this exercise, so that you may help model/facilitate it during the workshop.

You may find the sound and/or movement check-in by starting the workshop, and then clicking “next” once (play the audio to get started).

It may also be helpful for you to print a copy of the instructions for dialogue resource, which the group may use as a reference during the dialogue portion of the workshop.
